Primrose School at Cahoon Commons holds ribbon cutting
Hampton Roads' first Primrose School, located at Cahoon Commons, celebrated its grand opening with an open house last month. Parents and their children were able to meet the staff and tour the school while enjoying refreshments and entertainment for the kids.

Sgt. Rosado of the Chesapeake Sheriff's Dept. entertained Mathew Loitsch with a magic trick.
